The OP wants to know what you think is the hardest end game/elite boss, not other bosses. Please stay on topic.

d00d ayye thunk ta7 dug h4rd357 15 ummmmmmm Shiro 11!!1!

ROFLMAO productions! You make me laugh so much. Stop being a spoon, they`re all near enough the same lvl of difficulty just depends on how you approach them then how clever you are at countering them.

I don't think any of them are 'hard'. 'Annoying' and 'frustrating' are better descriptions.

Spoil Victor single-handedly wipes all but Mallyx who was hard, but Ursan Blessing is god mode these days.

Bears -> Monkeys -> Humans

Hardest Elite/End-game boss would probably be ummm... I guess Mallyx? They're all pretty easy...

Shiro was the hardest end-game boss... providing you weren't an SS or SV necro and didn't have either of those with you (not uncommon pre-Nightfall). The fact that about 2/3 of the celestial skills suck ass for the circumstances doesn't help.

The Great Destroyer is second, just because YOU'RE CONSTANTLY ON ****ING FIRE...

I think Fendi (shards of Orr) was even harder then Duncan. At least Duncan dies relatively quick when you know how to. Fendi took me 2 hrs (just the boss) to take down with H/H team when I faced him the first time. Ofc Ursan would kick his ass and now I know what I am dealing with.

The hardest elite/end game boss is the one you fight first time round.
So I guess that means all of them, in the first battle.

Once you've fought an elite/end game boss you have a better idea how to approach it next time.

Lol @ the hour and a half part. I dont remember the last time it took longer than 30 min for LOD to drop Urgoz in HM clicky. (Well I do remember but it was a while ago )

Seriously though, I still think Urgoz is the hardest end Boss to kill, simply because the rest are a push over.

Offtopic: Ya SY imbagon takes a lot of brain power, it is so balanced, they should seriously change the name to just Bagon, *end sarcasm.

Fendi
Duncan
Urgoz if EoE didn't work.

Nuff said. Others are pretty plain, those 3 are STUPID. Especially Urgoz with no EoE, people just wouldn't win....

Where do I find Guilds that pay high-end PvE without Ursan and preferably no PvE-only skills? I've always wanted to do that, just can't find any damn players. >_<

And because I cannot be only off-topic, then I found Shiro the hardest to do, because of henchmen and no heroes at that time. With another player or heroes, he is toast. Why has Rotscale not been mentioned?

All i play in are end game and elite areas. and yes i do use ursan for UW.
But many other areas ursan sux for. and UW, ursan is only one way to skin the cat. i can achieve the same thing and similar times without it. i've done it.
its all easy.Mallyx with out ursan can get tricky. One mistake could spell doom for all. But even him, not so tough. ths all the other crap that spawns as his health drops. i even tried using amity once!
The hardest for one is easy for another.I still remeber the first time rurik hit me with Hundred Blades! and thought omg i GOTTA get that skill! and he pwnt me with .. hundred blades of all things! good times.
In every pve area, the monsters skillbars will give you hints as to how to defeat them.
for example... signet of humility on the four horsemen quest in UW,will shut down a terra tank. and what do teh mindblade spectorse cast? ignorance!
ah ha! there is one answer to deal with sig of humility. Get my point? every elite area you struggle with will have its counter hidden in clues on a skill bar somewhere.

People used to kill Urgoz before EoE, even very early on when the guardian serpents used to heal him.

You'd need to shutdown one serpent, while the others killed the other one, all the time having to kite around the explosive growths. It used to be a great challenge of player skill and ability esp if you were trying to shutdown a serpent. Anet changed it so the serpents did'nt heal urgoz(within about 3 weeks of factions) so it made it easier, then people used EoE and turned Urgoz into a keystone cops run around.

It's kinda a shame players need to resort to 'cheap tricks' to win against elite area bosses(Eoe with Urgoz, KD with the deep, Imbagon/Ursan with Mallyx) in GW2 i'd want to see proper end game bosses that demand skill from the players and not an exploit of the AI. Not even sure how possible that is, but Anet came close with the original Urgoz(they could do so again, just make the explosive growths a diffrent species e.g 'human' - lol) so it should be possible to do so again.

The problem with that is that people were smarter than the AI, so we will always find ways to exploit it, simply because it makes it easier to play the game. Kind of sad, but also proves our superiority over the machines, right?

On-topic: Out of the elite bosses, I would say Urgoz is the hardest due to those damn explosive growths. I have been playing through the dungeons in EoTN and some of those are beasts too.

Thats what I meant when I said I don't know how possible it is. =p

Urgoz is straightforward IMHO. so long as you know the patterns you can kite all day and not get blown up.

The hardest boss is probably Mallyx, if you are trying to do with a balanced team(not using imbagons, Ursan, con sets etc). Anet stupidly designed him to make certain professions totally useless thus ramming people down a very restricted set of professions, builds and skills.

If you are prepared to go the easy route, no boss is hard however.
